recently i moved to wales from ohio with my husband, and in march i had our first child.  we left behind a city of 3 million and now reside in a small very rural village amidst the sheep.  it's like stepping back in time.  i no longer drive to my choice of stores, now i walk into town to shop at the only grocer sandwiched between the specialty shops that are there mostly for the weekend visitors.  now that i am a mama, the simple culture has really forced me to focus on nurturing my family. i love it here, the country is beautiful, but i also look forward to moving back to the states and into the mountains so we can plant some roots.
